Search the web. Skip the AI overview.
What is SearchSkip?
SearchSkip lets you search Google without AI Overviews or jump straight to your favorite search engines and websites, all from one place.
How does it work?
When you enter a search, SearchSkip builds links that take you directly to the results on your chosen search engine or website.
By default, the Search button opens Google Web without AI Overviews. You can also choose another search engine or website from the dropdown.
Search links open in a new tab when your browser allows it. On mobile, some links may open an installed app instead. To stay in your browser, you can touch and hold a link and select "Open in New Tab" when available.
What happens to my search terms?
SearchSkip builds search URLs directly in your browser. We don't save your searches, keep a search history, or send your search terms to website analytics.
When you open a search, your browser sends your query directly to the selected provider, whose own privacy policy applies. Your browser and the provider may also keep their own history.
Does the website collect any other data?
We use cookieless Cloudflare Web Analytics to measure website visits and loading performance. We also count search submissions and link clicks, including which search provider or featured website is chosen. These counters keep simple daily totals without storing search terms, full destination URLs, or visitor identifiers.
Cloudflare also processes technical information to host and protect the website. Our privacy page explains the details and lets you turn off website analytics.
Is SearchSkip affiliated with these search engines and sites?
No. SearchSkip is not affiliated with or endorsed by Google, Microsoft, DuckDuckGo, Ecosia, Yahoo, YouTube, Reddit, Wikipedia, Pinterest, or Apple.
All product names and trademarks belong to their respective owners and are used only to identify their services.
